Associate Faculty
I am a registered clinical counsellor working in private practice, where I specialize in gender-based violence, sexuality, and working with 2SLGBTQIA+ clients. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked in mental health services and frontline work for over a decade, including harm reduction work, anti-violence work, and youth work. I joined the CityU team as an associate faculty member in 2023.
Teaching
I believe that we are all bringing experiences and wisdom that facilitate group learning and I value the professional, educational, and lived experience that students bring. I take an experiential and dynamic approach to teaching, leading with curiosity and care.
