Teaching

Jason’s teaching philosophy is based around equity-focused, student-centered learning that weaves together authentic leadership, Universal Design for Learning, and culturally responsive teaching to foster inclusive, transformational education. Deeply inspired by the work of Paulo Freire and Nel Noddings, he views educational acts as the co-construction of knowledge through relational, care-based pedagogy.
