These courses not only cover foundational theories and concepts but also delve into practical applications that are essential for aspiring educators and leaders. For instance, in my educational leadership classes, I often incorporate case studies that highlight successful leadership models in various educational settings. This approach allows students to critically analyze real-world scenarios and develop their own leadership philosophies.
