Associate Faculty
I am an associate faculty member in the Master of Education in Leadership program at City University, a role I have held since Spring 2025. In this position, I support graduate students by teaching and facilitating the internship courses and guiding them through their capstone research process. My work includes mentoring students as they develop their research questions, refine their writing, and navigate the stages of completing a high-quality capstone project. I also contribute to the program by fostering reflective practice, providing timely academic feedback, and helping students connect leadership theory to real workplace challenges. Through this role, I aim to strengthen the overall learning experience and uphold CityU’s commitment to developing thoughtful, ethical, and practice-ready leaders.

Teaching
I approach my work at CityU with a commitment to mentorship, relational teaching, and reflective leadership development. My teaching philosophy centers on creating inclusive learning environments where graduate students feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow as leaders. I strive to cultivate critical thinking, promote thoughtful inquiry, and help students connect leadership concepts to real professional contexts. Whether I am teaching, facilitating discussions, or guiding students through complex learning processes, I aim to model integrity, curiosity, and care.
