CityU Health & Dental Plan Overview
The CityU Health & Dental Plan, provided through Alumo, offers extensive coverage to help you manage your health and dental care needs while you focus on your studies. Key benefits include:

Reimbursement for prescription medications, vision care, paramedical services such as physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy, along with various other medical expenses.
Dental Coverage

Health & Dental Plan Eligibility & Enrollment
All eligible CityU students are automatically enrolled in the Health & Dental Plan. You can access your benefits and submit claims easily through direct billing or the GSC App. If you have alternative coverage, you can opt-out within the specified opt-out period.

How to Opt Out
There are two steps to the opt-out process:
1) Initiate your opt-out online
2) Submit your proof of coverage
To complete your opt-out, you’ll need to provide proof that you’re covered by an equivalent extended health and dental plan.
